Process | Steps | |
Step 1: Create your first FBT Product 1. Click the Goods tab on the Top 2. Click "create&match goods" to match the FBT SKU to the seller centre product listing 3. Please double check if the product barcode number is correct. It will automatically carry over data from Seller Center which may be outdated or incorrect 4. If the product does NOT have barcode, you can select “No” and print a barcode provided by our system to label your goods before shipping them to us. 5. Under Packaging Type, select the packaging you want orders to ship out to customers. | ||
Step 2: Create your First Inbound Order (IBR) 1. To send stock to our warehouse, an Inbound Order needs to be created in the inbound order tab 2. Select the Replenishment warehouse as "TikTokShop Warehouse No. 1" 3. For "Expected delivery date", please select an estimated date and time of delivery 4. Add the Goods into inbound order and enter the Qty you want to send to FBT 5. Click "Create" at the bottom of the inbound order 6. Don’t forget to click "Ship" in the inbound order tab for the IBR that your created in the previous step! | ||
Step 3: Complete the Pre-shipment Checklist and send the product to FBT Cartons should contain a single SKU. If there is a need to mix SKUs, the SKUs must be separated within the carton, with each SKU's details noted on the outside of the carton Please double-check that all product barcodes in the Portal match those on the physical products to avoid delays in receiving. Ensure all cartons or pallets are labelled with the shipping mark – You can download this when you "ship" (Step 2-6) an “Inbound Order” or access it for an already created IBR by clicking into the IBR from the "Inbound Order" tab For shipments with 10 pallets or more, please send a booking email 24 hours in advance for a confirmed time slot to ukcontainerbooking10@supersmartservice.co.uk Set your notification preferences in the Portal by going to My Account > Message Settings to be alerted via email or SMS text to resolve any issues with your shipment once it arrives to FBT | ||
